▍西安高陵垃圾焚烧发电项目（中国示范项目）

该项目集无害化处理、垃圾焚烧发电与热电联产于一体，按照“城市受益型资产”理念设计，是中国废弃物能源化领域的标杆工程之一。

• 累计处理生活垃圾：429 万吨
• 累计发电量：18 亿千瓦时

Dual Engine: Technology Leadership and International Impact
At the 11th Waste Incineration Technology Symposium, Dr. Long Jisheng, Chairman of KEHENG Environment, delivered a keynote speech emphasizing China’s competitive advantages in waste incineration—landfill substitution, energy recovery, and environmental performance. He highlighted the global applicability and value of China’s solid-waste management solutions.

Chief Technology Officer Jiao Xuejun elaborated on high-efficiency energy utilization and carbon-management pathways under the “dual-carbon” framework, aligning with international decarbonization trends.
Rotating CEO Guan Wei introduced KEHENG’s digital-operations architecture, leveraging digital twins, real-time monitoring, and predictive maintenance to support high-efficiency, precision-based, and green plant operations.

Flagship Project: Xi’an Gaoling Waste-to-Energy Plant
This project integrates both harmless treatment and combined heat-and-power, embodying the design concept of a “beneficial city asset.” Nearly 200 domestic and international delegates have conducted on-site visits.

As of March 2025, the project has:
• Processed 4.29 million tons of municipal waste
• Generated 1.8 billion kWh of electricity
• Achieved 1.5 million tons of CO₂ reduction
• Provided district heating for 3.8 million m², benefiting 35,000 households

The facility has earned multiple high-quality operation awards, including the “Five-Star Five-Performance” recognition, becoming a model for low-carbon waste management in China and abroad.

Since its establishment in 2014, KEHENG’s International Business Division has expanded WtE projects and industrial-park collaborations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Europe, and Australia.
